Thank you for contacting PlayNC Customer Support with your connection details. Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa#153; requires the following ports to be open: 2106, 80, 8001, 8101-8108, 7701-7704 UPD & TCP.
You will need to check with the network administrator if these ports can be opened. We tend to get a lot of questions about connection problems with College networks and this is usually the cause of the problem.
If you are at home, then the issue is probably caused by a router or security software you may have installed. Disable any security software that may be running. If you do have a router you can try opening the ports above on the router to see if that has any effect. The best way to narrow the issue to the router is by removing it and trying to connect. If you can connect to the game while directly connected to your Internet connection then either the ports on the router need to be opened or you have an issue with the router. If you are not sure you have a router or not please contact your ISP or the person who set up your Internet connection.
This should resolve the problem you are experiencing. If it does not, please let us know and we will work with you further to resolve the issue.

no pozadali sme o zmenu statu portu z closed na secured protoze total open nam nedovolej kvuly bezpecnosti
ale stejne kdyz se joinu na server tak to po 20 sec napise unable to connect
tak uz nevime co mame po providerovy chtit
mame 1 verejnou ip standart NAT zadnej port closed, zadnej total open |

Nevíte o nějakém jiném řešení? Můj provider se mnou zrovna moc nekamarádí, tak jsem to chtěl zkusit zařídit nějak sám, bez nutnosti řešit to s providerem - správcem sítě.... Ale jestli to jinak nejde ......
edit: Myslím, že vím jak pracuje VPN, ale potřeboval bych radu, jak na to .... Moc totiž nechápu, jak to v tomto případě zařídit s tím druhým počítačem |
