* Assigned the NEW new soul icons to all souls.
* The Life saga for Guardians is now available. Go story hunting!
* Have a pile of Soul changes! Your soul points probably got reset in this build.
* We playtest post-launch content on the Alpha and Delta servers from time to time. If you see new zones or instances enabled and disabled here, please note that they are not launch content.


GENERAL GAMEPLAY
* Male Dwarves no longer look so... weathered. Current male Dwarf characters will probably appear to have lost a few years off their face somewhere.
* Added a bunch of new emotes! Some hints: Tease, Bonk, Giggle, Tickle, Apologize (as you probably should after using the first four).
* Damage from tar and lava should no longer occur while Soul Walking. It resumes if you re-enter after resurrecting, or when resurrecting still in it.
* We now show up to 4 need/greed loot windows at once instead of one at a time, when multiple drops are waiting.
* Fixed more general issues with people not getting chances to roll on loot appropriately.
* Reduced the default size of nameplates.
* You cannot delete mail with attachments until all attachments have been removed.
* You will no longer be prompted to pay CoD mail charges for each item removed, only once per message.
* To prevent some not-so-nice effects, groups will automatically be set private if any member is inside of an instance.
* Planar currency left in the Rift Loot UI will no longer auto-convert to your currency tab on login before you can retrieve it.
* Dead characters can no longer reveal parts of the map. You'll have to do that while alive!
* When auto-joining the next level bracket channel, you automatically leave the prior one.


CULT SAGA
* The Life saga for Guardians is now available. Go story hunting!
* The level 50 component of the Defiant Saga of the Endless is available in Meridian for those who have completed the level 20, 30, and 40 segments.
* The quest On Distant Shores is once again available to allow Kelari players to start down the Saga of the Endless.
* Forces of the Plane of Death: Removed First Battalion Commandant as a required update.
* Kira Thanos has a new and improved model!
* Hooked up rewards to the Defiant Death line.


RACIAL ABILITIES
* Kelari Camouflage now looks a bit different, and reduces aggro radius instead of removing it entirely. It also now ends if the character logs out while under its effect.
* Camouflage now stacks with negative polymorph effects like Transmogrify.
* Hibernate: Replaced by Motivational Roar: Increases the movement speed of the Mathosian and nearby group members by 30% for 10 seconds. This ability cannot be used in combat.


ASCENDED POWERS
* You should be able to upgrade a quest hub wardstone while PvP auto-flagging is turned off.
* The main planar merchants in Sanctum and Meridian now sell an Ascended Power that lets you summon a Soul Healer for 3 charges.
* Fixed the Invasion summon ability appearing under the General ability page instead of the Ascended Powers tab.


GUILD PERKS
* Banners: The following Guild Banners have been removed: Stalwart Banner, Skirmisher’s Banner, Defender’s Banner, Field Medic Banner, Rift Energy Banner, General’s Banner. 6 new banners have been added to replace them.
* Banner of Clairvoyance: Increases maximum Mana by 200/300/400. 3 ranks.
* Banner of Fortitude: Increases maximum Health by 200/300/400. 3 ranks.
* Banner of Zeal: Increases Spell Power by 30/40/50. 3 ranks.
* Banner of Rage: Increases Attack Power by 30/40/50. 3 ranks.
* Banner of Concentration: Increases Spell Focus by 30/40/50. 3 ranks.
* Banner of Precision: Increases Hit rating by 30/40/50. 3 ranks.
* Each of these guild banners last for 3 minutes with an aura radius of 25m. They now require a new Combat Banner Reagent to cast. Only 2 banners can be summoned per player and each raid member can enjoy at most 2 banner effects at any 1 time - so stacking more than 2 banners in close proximity is not a good idea!
* Guild Perk: High Visibility: Increases the radius of your Guild Banners by 10/20/30m.
* Guild Perk: Enduring Banner: Now a 1 point Perk that doubles the duration of your guild banner.


RIFTS AND INVASIONS
* For the first few minutes of a zone event, Wardstones will have additional protection to give players more time to arrive and start defending them.
* The buffs placed on Wardstones at the start of zone events now only target invasions, not nearby random enemies or passing cats.


COMBAT
* Slightly reduced the damage of world mobs and mobs in dungeons under max level.
* Planetouched now provides some effect to the recipient based on the planar type.
* Scrolling combat text no longer displays over stealthed characters.
* You can now begin selecting a ground target while moving.
* Pets will now attack their own existing target when ordered to use an ability and are unable to use it on their owner's target (i.e. owner has a friendly target during combat).
* Group member portraits now show debuff-type coloring on debuff icons.
* Fixed a bug that could cause some abilities to show up in the Reactive Abilities UI after no longer having the Soul equipped that granted those abilities.
* Assassin NPCs no longer use Puncture.


SOULS
* Assigned the NEW new soul icons to all souls.
* Warriors: Reactive abilities no longer grant attack points. This change affects Frenzied Strike, Bloodthirst, Inescapable Fury, Turn the Blade, Backhanded Blow, and Flesh Rip.
* Warriors: Cracking Skulls, Airburst, Concussion, and Judgment now share a cooldown.
* Druid, Justicar, Shaman - Faith in Action: Now available at 0 points. This passive converts Spell Power into Attack Power, Spell Critical into Melee Critical, and Focus into Melee Hit.

ASSASSIN
* Damage of weapon poisons has been increased.
* Poison Gas: Cooldown reduced to 30 seconds, down from 2 minutes.

BARD
* Verse of Fascination: Cooldown reduced to 30 seconds, down from 2 minutes.
* Coda of Distress: Now in the same stacking group as Ember Charge and Melted Skin.
* Cadence, Power Chord, Riff, Coda of Wrath, and Code of Fury now require "Any" weapon to execute; doesn't matter what kind.

BEASTMASTER
* Iron Bonds: Tweaked to work better with Bond of Alacrity.
* Ties that Bind: No longer reduces health.
* Greater Primal Companion: Now takes less damage from area of effect attacks based on how many points are spent in Beastmaster.

BLADEDANCER
* Dualism - New Ability: Unlocked with 40 points in Bladedancer. This Rhythmic action allows them to strike twice and add an additional combo point with Quick Strike and Precision Strike. Lasts 15 seconds. Causes exhaustion for 45 seconds.
* Mass Subdue: The cooldown has been increased to 30 seconds from 25.
* Incapacitate: Duration increased to 6 seconds, up from 5.

CABALIST
* Shadow's Touch: No longer considers corpses in its area of effect.
* Sigil of Power: Now works properly with Obliterate and returns a lot more mana.
* Sigil of Woe: Now works properly with Obliterate.

CHAMPION
* Two-Handed Specialization: Now gives more contribution per point spent in Champion, capping at 50% instead of 15%.
* Disruptive Strike: No longer an attack point consumer that reduces casting time of targets. It now functions as a high-damage single target attack point builder that generates 2 attack points.
* Slayer's Bearing: No longer has a negative effect.
* Destroyer's Bearing: Enhances the damage of attack point consumers by 50% while active. It no longer has a negative effect. Causes finishers to build an attack point after consuming the available points when triggered.
* Deadly Strikes: Enhances damage by 6% per point for all non-finisher Physical attacks.
* Mighty Blow, Bladefury, and Cornered Beast: Now update their tooltips when you've spent points in Follow Through.

CHLOROMANCER
* Fixed an issue allowing damage from Sacrifice Life: Mana and Sacrifice Life: Damage to trigger healing from Lifegiving Veil.
* Clinging Form: The cooldown reduction provided by this ability is now reflected in the Transmogrify tooltip.
* Synthesis: Updated description to indicate it can only be used on group or raid members.

DOMINATOR
* Durable Control: Now only affects the damage thresholds on Transmogrify, Mass Exhaustion, and Disorient when the affected target is above 70% health.
* Mana Wrench: Fixed an issue where the effect of this ability was reversed.

DRUID
* Summon Faerie, Summon Greater Faerie: The Faerie now receives 25% of the owner's spell crit, as well as the owner's full Valor.
* Summon Satyr: The Satyr now receives the owner's full Valor.
* Balm of the Forest: Removed.
* Natural Dedication: Now available at 26 points. Increases the damage of all nearby party and raid members by 5%.
* Faith in Action: Now available at 0 points. This passive converts Spell Power into Attack Power, Spell Critical into Melee Critical, and Focus into Melee Hit.
* Stone Strike: Renamed to Stone Burst: Now a player based AoE unbreakable root. No longer deals damage.

ELEMENTALIST
* Sacrifice: Now works with Lesser Air Elemental rank 3.
* Greater Water Elemental: Reduced damage dealt by Ice Bolt.
* Earth Elemental: Reduced damage dealt by Thud and Pulverize.

INQUISITOR
* Bewilder: No longer has a cooldown.
* Shroud of Agony: No longer persists through death.

JUSTICAR
* Increased base damage of all damaging abilities.
* Faith in Action: Now available at 0 points. This passive converts Spell Power into Attack Power, Spell Critical into Melee Critical, and Focus into Melee Hit.
* Cavalier: No longer does any melee stat conversions due to Faith in Action.
* Hammer of Virtue: Now adds 1-5% damage to all melee attacks without requiring a mace or hammer.
* Sovereign Hammer: Renamed to Sovereignty: Now a ranged spell that deals Life damage. No longer weapon-based.
* Humbling Blow: Renamed to Humility: Now a ranged spell that snares the enemy. No longer weapon-based, does not trigger global cooldown.
* Stunning Blow: Renamed to Supremacy.
* Celerity: Removed.
* Virtue: Removed.
* Dedication: Ability now present on Druid soul as Natural Dedication.
* Valor: Now only takes up to 3 points, increasing Block by 10-30% of Spell Power, and is now always active instead of being attached to Cavalier.
* Mien of Honor: No longer dispellable. Lasts indefinitely until cancelled.
* Mien of Leadership: No longer dispellable. Lasts indefinitely until cancelled. Increases armor by 100% + 1% per point spent in Justicar, threat by 100%, and Endurance by 90%. Still reduces healing except from Salvation, Reparation, and Reprieve, and damage penalties no longer apply to Justicar abilities.
* Reprieve: Doubled the base heal value.
* Healer's Creed: Now takes up to only 2 points, decreasing the cost of Doctrines by 15-30%.
* Devout Deflection: Now available as a tier 5 branch ability, taking up to 3 points. Increases Parry by 65-195% of Spell Power.
* Righteous Imperative: Now available at 26 points. Acts as a player-based area aggro swap to the Justicar on a 60 second cooldown.
* Just Defense: Now available at 38 points. Grants a powerful absorption shield for 10 seconds, on a 1 minute cooldown.
* Resplendent Embrace: Now available at 44 points. Increases all incoming healing on the Justicar by 50% for 10 seconds. 2 minute cooldown.
* Interdict: No longer deals damage.
* Precept of Valiance: Cooldown removed.
* Absolution: Now also restores 50% mana.

NECROMANCER
* Damage over time effects now have a chance to critically hit.
* Revivify: Can now be used both in and out of combat.
* Vengeful Spirit: Now increases damage of Ruination by 3-9% for each stack of Deathly Calling on an enemy, rather than affecting critical hit chance of Ruination.
* Necrosis: Fixed an issue causing Necrosis effects spread by Ruination to deal much lower damage than intended.

NIGHTBLADE
* Damage of weapon enchantments has been increased.
* Dusk to Dawn: An additional 100% damage bonus from Attack Power is applied to this attack. Ability's base damage reduced to offset this bonus. Requires a melee weapon to use. Now triggers the damage from Scourge of Darkness on the first application.
* Twilight Force: An additional 50% damage bonus from Attack Power is applied to this attack. Ability's base damage reduced to offset this bonus.
* Dusk Strike: An additional 50% damage bonus from Attack Power is applied to this attack. Ability's base damage reduced to offset this bonus.
* Scourge of Darkness: Can now deal critical damage.

PALADIN
* Aegis of Salvation: No longer requires a reagent.
* Life's Grace: Now gives the target 30% of their mana when they are resurrected.

PARAGON
* Combat Precision: Now modifies the damage of all non-finisher ability attacks.
* Flurry: Now lasts for 4 seconds, but each hit does more damage.
* Paired Strike: Duration lowered to 5 seconds from 8.
* Focus of Body: No longer requires a reagent.

PURIFIER
* Caregiver's Blessing: Now properly states duration of 1 minute.
* Surging Flames: Now lasts 1 hour and has a stack size of 1 per caster instead of 1 total.
* Cauterize: Now removes 1 Disease, Poison, or Curse from the ally. Requires the target to be diseased, poisoned, or cursed to begin with in order to cast.
* Sterilize: Now removes all Diseases, Poisons, and Curses from the ally. Requires the target to be diseased, poisoned, or cursed to begin with in order to cast.
* Wisdom of the Era, Life of the Era: No longer requires a reagent.
* Flames of the Phoenix: Now also restores 20% mana.

PYROMANCER
* Fixed the Pyromancer soul quest giving a Soul Siphon when accepted.
* Flashfire: Fixed an issue where this could stun an ally if using 'cast on target's target'.
* Flaring Intellect: No longer requires a reagent to cast.

REAVER
* Ethereal Bonds: Now correctly modifies tooltips of affected abilities.
* Power from the Masses: Now properly triggers off of Blood Fever, Flesh Rot, Necrotic Wounds, and Soul Sickness while Plague Bringer is active.
* Incite: No longer shares a cooldown with other taunt abilities.
* Binding of Death: Now enhances damage of AoE and DoT effects, and reduces the power cost of area effects and cleaves by 5.
* Plague Bringer: Power cost reduced to 10.

RIFTBLADE
* Enhanced Burst of one type no longer stacks with the other two types.
* Ranged abilities now trigger Blade spells.
* Burning Blood: Can now trigger on ranged attacks.
* Spears: Now starts auto-attack. Can trigger Elemental Touch.
* Improved Avatar: Now increases a specific effect from each Avatar ability.
* Avatar of the Rift: Now reduces all damage.
* Avatar of Wind: Now increases dodge by 3% base amount, before additional ability affects are factored in.
* Elemental Touch: Now deals damage based on how many points are spent in Riftblade.

SABOTEUR
* Traps are no longer triggered by corpses on the ground inside their range.

SENTINEL
* Healer's Haste: Fixed mana cost.
* Cleansing Prayer: Now removes 1 Disease, Poison, or Curse from the ally. Requires the target to be diseased, poisoned, or cursed to begin with in order to cast.
* Empowering Light: Now removes 1 Disease, Poison, or Curse from up to 10 group/raid members within 15 meters. Has a 10 second cooldown and triggers global cooldown.
* Noble Blessing: No longer requires a reagent.
* Life's Return: Now also restores 50% mana.
* Breath of Life: Now restores 20% mana.

SHAMAN
* Faith in Action: Now available at 0 points. This passive converts Spell Power into Attack Power, Spell Critical into Melee Critical, and Focus into Melee Hit.
* Brutalize: Tooltip now indicates that this applies every time Massive Blow hits, not just criticals.
* Vengeance of the Winter Storm: Removed ranks 8-10 and distributed the remaining rank levels to avoid duplicating damage between ranks.
* Courage of the [Bear, Jaguar, Eagle]: No longer does any melee stat conversions due to Faith in Action.

STORMCALLER
* Removed Recharge and Improved Recharge.
* New Ability - Building Storm: Increases the critical hit damage bonus of Hypothermia-causing spells by 50%. Each damaging spell cast by the Stormcaller applies a stacking debuff on the enemy for 10 seconds, increasing the chance for the next Hypothermia-causing spell to critically hit by 10% per stack.
* New Branch Ability - Favorable Conditions: Each stack of Building Storm increases the critical strike chance of Hypothermia-causing spells by an additional 5-10% per stack. Tier 3 branch ability, requires Building Storm in order to purchase.
* Eye of the Storm: Reduced damage.

VOID KNIGHT
* Rift Shield: Once again absorbs damage.
* Furious Rage: Is now an interrupt instead of a reactive ability.

WARDEN
* Healing Current: Now available at 2 points. Added 3 additional ranks.
* Cleansing Waters: Now available at 10 points. Now requires the target to be Diseased, Poisoned, or Cursed to cast.
* Curative Waters: Now heals 1 Disease, Poison, or Curse from the ally 3 times over 6 seconds. Has a 10 second cooldown.
* Well of Life: Now also restores 20% mana.

WARLOCK
* Damage over time effects now have a chance to critically hit.
* Neddra's Might: No longer requires a reagent to cast.


DUNGEONS AND RAIDS
* When entering an Expert dungeon, the popup received by other group members now indicates that the dungeon is set to Expert difficulty.
* Raid frames still keep the role color of player names even when greying them out due to LOS/distance.
* Added broadcasted text for dungeon and raid bosses that have abilities requiring you to react.

ABYSSAL PRECIPICE
* Expert: Falconer Landrac and Icetalon can no longer be pulled from their encounter area.
* Expert: Majolic's transformation can no longer be interrupted.

DARKENING DEEPS
* Expert: Patrols no longer spawn behind players entering the Larder.
* Standard, Expert: Fixed an issue where encounter blocking for Bringhurst was not turning off.
* Expert: Bringhurst base damage reduced.
* Expert: Deepfang Burrow spiders spawn less frequently. Reduced health.
* Expert: Tegenar's Poison Spray impact damage and dot damage reduced.
* Expert: Fixed an edge case where Tegenar's Minions wouldn't respawn after a party wipe.
* Expert: Glubmuk's Septic Strike damage reduced.
* Expert: Nuggo will now use Gedlo Barrier on targets under 70% health.
* Expert: Nuggo will now use Unholy Regeneration on targets with less than 40% health.
* Expert: Gerbik will no longer cast Crimson Pyre immediately after the first Gedlo member dies. Damage of Crimson Pyre reduced.
* Expert: Swedge's Bloodied Axe damage decreased, self-heal decreased, and cooldown increased.

DEEPSTRIKE MINES
* Standard: Fixed Overseer Markus not resetting properly after his minions have been spawned.

FOUL CASCADE
* Standard: Sparkwing is no longer able to be engaged in this mode.

GREENSCALE'S BLIGHT [Raid]
* HYLAS:
* Prince Hylas gains a new ability when his lieutenants due during his encounter.
* Landmines are cast more frequently.
* Hylas no longer gains Cottontail when his three minions are killed.
* Hylas now gains CONTAGIOUS Cottontail when his three minions are killed.
* Hylas gains Soul Fracture when his three minions are killed.
* Woodland Critter is now removed from player pets when they re-enter Hylas' encounter space.
* LETAREUS:
* Fluttering Pixie health reduced and damage increased significantly. They now spawn at a slower rate.
* Devious Faerie health reduced and damage increased. They now spawn at a slower rate.
* Reduced cooldown for Devious Faerie's Fae Barrage.
* Sticky Slime appears immediately after a Slimy Shambler is killed.
* ALERIA:
* Aleria no longer melees during the first phase of her encounter.
* Fixed a bug where one section of Aleria's hedge was not despawning after her death.
* Aleria no longer casts Cottontail.
* Primal Wound now reduces healing taken by 75% regardless of player bonuses.
* Aleria's Life Bolt is replaced by Spirit Volley.
* JOHLEN:
* Blinding Bombs appear lower to the ground and are more visible.
* Primal Werewolf can now be buffed by Invigorating Pollen, which appear in the first phase of the encounter.
* Necrotic Werewolf now casts Necrotic Explosion.
* When both Werewolves are killed, Aleria gains Necrotic Explosion.
* GREENSCALE:
* Greenscale's Crushing Tail Swipe has a smaller radius and no longer deals damage, but it now has a knockback and disarms for longer.
* Toxic Blossoms spawn at a slower rate.
* Noxious Breath now reduces healing taken by 75% regardless of player bonuses.
* Rending Cleave's cone effect is narrower.


ZONES
* Look for new daily Expert and Raid Rift quests in the main cities!
* Porticulum guards will no longer spawn if Porticulum Masters are only being attacked by mobs.
* Tuned drop rates for Rare and Epic items in overland zones. Reduced drop rate of consumable scrolls.

DROUGHTLANDS
* Planar merchants have returned to the Droughtlands!

FREEMARCH
* Rognar does not fear the Rifts. He's too awesome for that.
* Fire-aligned NPCs should now correctly fight Death invaders.
* Fixed a problem that caused an item in Freemarch's zone puzzle to sometimes be unlootable.

MATHOSIA
* Unholy Shackles: Fixed an issue with this quest that could cause malfunctions under heavy server load.
* The Pariah: Cleaned up quest functionality.

MERIDIAN
* Meridian now has a reagent vendor and a second-tier dungeon reward vendor!

MOONSHADE HIGHLANDS
* Planar merchants have returned in this zone!
* Reordered some of the quests in this zone to present the story more efficiently.

SANCTUM
* An infestation of sneaky foxes has exposed some security holes in Sanctum. These have been addressed.
* Blessing of Bahralt has been replaced with something... else.

SCARLET GORGE
* Rift event: Dark Fate: It should now be possible to complete the third stage of this Rift.
* Follow That Gnar: Made the Gnar easier to follow.

SCARWOOD REACH
* The puzzle in this zone can now puzzle more than one puzzler by resetting itself properly.
* Bare Knuckled: The Return: Kill-stealing issues addressed.

SHIMMERSAND
* The Desert Queen: Completing this weekly raid quest now awards Plaques of Achievement.
* Beasts of the Order: Clarified quest objectives.
* Demolition Impossible: Added collecting objective.

SILVERWOOD
* Kongeegon: Removed AOE immunity from the saplings that spawn during the fight.
* Added more Vespid Hives in Sterling Hills, and reduced their respawn times.

STILLMOOR
* A Rift has been discovered in Stillmoor where the spirits of the dead are looking for participants in their tale of woe!
* New Adriana Weaver quests have been added to Endless Watch.


PVP/WARFRONTS
* PvP Titles are now awarded for each Prestige rank obtained.
* Improved solo queue matching when groups are also queuing.
* Added Ascended Courage to Warfronts. Increases the effectiveness of characters and their pets for the first seven levels of each Warfront bracket. We'll be evaluating this for further balancing.
* Peacekeeper guards no longer accuse you of Disturbing the Peace for walking around or playing songs, or even for fighting in Warfronts. They will, however, still be angry if you start a fight right in front of them!
* Joining a Warfront while polymorphed will not leave you unable to mount.
* If your party forms into a raid while you are in a Warfront, when you leave the Warfront you will be added to your spot in the raid.


ITEMS
* New Trinkets have been added to Expert Dungeons!
* The cost in Plaques of Achievement for items on Expert Dungeon merchants has been reduced.
* Reduced Planarite costs of Rare Planar Goods in Silverwood and Freemarch by 20-30%. Reduced cost slightly in all other zones.
* The distribution of Toughness, Hit, and Focus on end-game gear has been updated. These stats should now be found on a more limited number of slots, and more consistently on gear for those slots.
* Fixed tooltip display error in pre-order runes.
* The Big Book of Eth Conspiracy artifact collection now rewards a rad book of conspiracies!
* Fallen Warden's Blade, Fallen Warden's Maul, Fallen Warden's Dress Sword, Fallen Warden's Ripper: These can now be equipped.
* Collector's Satchel: Now binds on pickup.
* Fae Sticker, Faesteel Warblade, Fae-Touched Oaken Staff, Satyr's Foe-Cleaver, and Fae Spell-Touched Blade: Now have valid appearances.
* Fixed issues with Remnant of Aedraxis debuff not cancelling when the appropriate item is destroyed.
* Updated dyes to use new icons.


CRAFTING
* Planar dust is now more scarce.
* Items used in crafting now have tooltip text hinting at how they're acquired. Harvested/core materials should say 'Crafting Material', vendor-purchased items say 'Crafting Good', and dropped items should say 'Crafting Ingredient' (such as planar dust).
* Fixed an issue where Epic, Rare, and Uncommon Crystals did not have use text and broke into 15 powders, instead of 9.

* Fixed a rare bug that could cause NPCs and world objects to become invisible.

* Fixed issues with ALT+TAB when using the low quality renderer.


UI/SETTINGS
* Setting a keybind to a number pad key will now differentiate it from regular number keys.
* Loot messages from parties and raids now have their own channel filter.
* Stat names on tooltips have been updated to match stat names on the character sheet.
* Party members' minimap indicators should no longer show at the top left corner while teleporting.
* The quest acceptance window and guild quest window now show the quest type and repeat interval (ex: Guild, Weekly) for guild quests.
* Mount icons on hotbars now grey out when in no-mount areas.
* Inspecting a player will now show hidden helms and all equipped weapons. It also shows equipped Planar Focus and Essences.
* Raid pet groups are now properly labeled in Edit Layout mode.
* Fixed a bug causing the minimap clock to reset to showing server time on logout and zoning.

GENERAL GAMEPLAY
* You can no longer return mail to sender if it was generated by an NPC or the game system.
* Level requirements have been removed from the previously-level 20 mount. If you can get to them, and can afford them, you can use them.
* We now show a warning if you roll on loot while your inventory is full.
* If the winner of a loot roll has no inventory space, the item stays on the corpse but is only lootable by the winner.
* You can now roll need/greed on loot while dead, even if the Soul Walk/respawn option is on screen.
* Quest counting achievements really should be updating now. For real.

COMBAT

ASSASSIN

BARD

RANGER
* Prey of the Weak: Damage bonus reduced to 5-15%, down from 10-30%. The duration has been extended from 10 seconds to 20 seconds.
* Piercing Shot: Damage slightly increased.
* Shadow Fire: Duration of the haste buff increased to 15 seconds from 10.
* Dire Wolf, Blood Raptor: Ability damage slightly reduced for these pets.

SABOTEUR
* Carpet Bombing: Now also resets the cooldown of your Bombs.
* Spike Charge, Blast Charge: Damage has been very slightly reduced!
* Charges, Bombs, and Detonate can now be used with any weapon equipped.
* New Ability - Incriminate: 20 point root ability. When activated, all threat generated is transferred to the target party or raid member for 6 seconds. Does not trigger global cooldown.


DUNGEONS AND RAIDS
* Melee damage of most dungeon bosses has been reduced.
* Messages showing people joining/leaving a raid group now go to the General tab.
* Hunger of the Deep Rift Raid adjustments based on feedback and playtests.


ITEMS
* Preorder Runes can now be applied to two-handed Swords and Staves.
* Fixed an issue keeping many of the new Greater Essences from attaching their spell effect.
* Foci-equipped Greater Essences did actually get removed with the previous patch, you're not crazy.


PVP/WARFRONTS
* If you are under the leaving-PvP flag timer when you log out, the countdown no longer resets when you log back in.
* Power-ups in Warfronts no longer persist once you leave the map.
* Engaging in PvP in protected areas can catch the attention of peacekeeping Guards! You'll still need to be in range of them to get their aggro, though.
* Player-summoned Guardian and Defiant invasions will no longer cause you to get PvP-flagged if attacked.

GRAPHICS AND AUDIO
* Fixed visual effects sometimes being left floating in the world.
* Updated body animations to prevent legs moving independently of upper body animations.
* Mighty Leap and Angelic Flight will now animate correctly the first time they are used.
* Improved character model AA.
* Fixed a bug causing characters to not appear correctly in the portrait windows.


UI/SETTINGS
* You can now toggle between display of server time and local time by left clicking the clock below the minimap.
* Changing the clock time also updates your chat timestamps to the appropriate time selection.
* Fixed an AA warning popping up when changing unrelated settings.
* Target of Target portrait should no longer get into a state where it displays 0/0 and negative percent.

GENERAL GAMEPLAY
* WE ARE TESTING THIS DELIVERY SYSTEM. Not all rewards may be hooked up yet. Preorder and Collector's Edition rewards are now available if your Alpha account has these entitlements. Obtaining them in Alpha DOES NOT count against your rewards at release. Check your characters' mail!
* We have removed the level requirement for equipment rewards granted by quests. All quest rewards will now be bound by the wider level range required to obtain the quest itself. If you can complete it, the gear will be usable.

RACIAL ABILITY REVAMP

MATHOSIANS

* Warriors: Targeted buffs have their cooldown lowered to the 1.5 second global cooldown.
* Warrior: Self buffs have their cooldown lowered to 10 seconds from 15.
* A lot of these ability changes resulted in soul point respecs; check your spec before you go into combat!

ASSASSIN
* New 51-point root ability: Serpent Strike: A venomous attack that deals weapon plus Water damage. An additional 100% damage bonus from Attack Power is applied to this attack. Usable after dealing a Critical Hit. This ability is not affected by global cooldown. Awards 1 combo point.
* Hidden Veil: Moved to a 40-point root ability.
* Serrated Blades: Your Critical Hit attacks cause your target to bleed based on 50-150% of your weapon's damage over 6 seconds, down from 70-210%.

BARD
* Verse of Captivation: Can now only be used on 1 enemy at a time.
* Motif of Regeneration: Should heal for the right amount for ranks 1 through 6.

BLADEDANCER
* Precision Strike, Quick Strike, Dancing Steel: Damage slightly increased.
* Blade and Soul Parity: Increases your critical hit chance by 50%, up from 20%.
* Double Coup: Also increases the damage of your next Keen Strike by 100% after using Quick Strike or Precision Strike. Reduced the cooldown from 3 minutes to 2.

CHAMPION
* Two-Handed Specialization: Now only affects physical attacks.
* Deadly Strikes: Now requires a two-handed weapon.

DOMINATOR
* Mana Wrench: Corrected the mana gain and drain on this ability.

* Health and damage of Shiny Shamblers reduced.
* Duke Letareus: Furious Pursuit now increases Letareus' run speed. Bard runspeed alone should no longer be enough to kite him during this phase. The snare amount of Sticky Slime has been increased so the net effect of the Snare is the same.
* The duration of Sticky Slime on Letareus has been increased slightly.
* The damage output of Fluttering Pixies, Devious Faeries, and Cruel Brownies has been increased.

DROUGHTLANDS
* Thwarting the Emberlord: Changed this quest so it resets completely when Morkael resets, to eliminate waiting between fights.
* The questline leading to Thwarting the Emberlord has been edited to include new characters. The final fight is a bit more difficult; bring your A-game, or bring help!

FREEMARCH
* Adjusted Rift events in Eliam Fields to account for a large boulder in the area.

MOONSHADE HIGHLANDS
* A new questline has been added for Guardians. Players wishing to help Scotty finally realize his dream of joining the Runeguard will be able to pick up the first of these quests, Rightful Inheritance, from Captain Haghen at Reclaimer's Hold. They must have previously completed The Churning Fates. Note: This quest chain does not have item rewards currently hooked up. Stay tuned.

SCARLET GORGE
* The quest, 'Into Scarwood Reach', is now given by Jarik Braun.

SCARWOOD REACH
* Quest hubs of Kain's Command, Camp Cestus, and Shatterbone Barricade have undergone a polish pass.


PVP/WARFRONTS
* Zone-specific loot drops have been added to level 10-30 instances of The Black Garden, The Codex, and Whitefall Steppes.
* Your group can no longer join a warfront queue if a party member is offline.
* Dueling players will no longer be distracted by the Join Public Group button.
* Fixed a bug where you could fall through the world or be stuck in geometry when leaving a warfront.


CRAFTING
* A number of Apothecary potions that were rendered obsolete in the Apothecary overhaul that took place earlier this month have now been removed from inventories.
* Potions cannot be runebroken at this time.
* Runecrafting: Epic, Rare, and Uncommon Crystals can now be broken back down into powders.
* Fixed a bug where low level crafting quest reward bags were awarding Ancient Dragonbone. They should actually award Tin Bars now... whoops.
* Recipes will no longer display as green when they can no longer increase your crafting skill.
* Fixed an issue where clicking on a resource tracking ability twice would randomly remove one other active tracking ability. Now these buffs can only be removed by right-clicking the buff icons.
* Update resource node spawn rates in Freemarch and Silverwood. While nodes in general should respawn quicker, ore has gotten some specific tweaks.
* Updated offhand runes to require a Totem or Shield. The exception are Thwarting Runes, which are Shield-only. Updated block values for Thwarting Runes, which are now considerably higher.
* Artificer trainers now sell blacksmith components used in Weaponsmithing and Armorsmithing, such as grinding stones and flux.
* Outfitter Shaleweave recipes should now produce appropriately named items.
* Continued fixes to inconsistencies in Artificer item categories.
* Corrected the equip requirements on Fleshreaper and Divine Defender.
* Fixed a typo in the Shadethorn Spellstaff recipe.


GRAPHICS AND AUDIO
* Cleaned up some cases of visual effects appearing randomly in the world in wrong locations.
* Face shape customizations appear properly in game again, and should match what you set up in character create.


UI/SETTINGS
* The Collections panel has been merged into the new Character Sheet.
* The 'Show Collections' button in the lower left icon tray has been replaced with a 'Show Crafting' button now that Collections are part of the character sheet UI.
* Added Block Absorption amount to the tooltip for Block in the Character Sheet.
* Stealth ability buttons will work like a toggle now; pressing them a second time will cancel stealth.
* Purchasing a stack of an item from a merchant will now display the purchase stack window allowing you to select how many items you wish to buy.
* Video Settings: Removed the 4x SSAA option due to performance issues on even the beefiest of machines. 2x SSAA selection now has a warning about the high-end graphic card needs for this setting and framerate decreases it will cause.
* Video Settings: Merged shadow options into one dropdown.


CLIENT/SERVER
* Improved client performance in VFX-heavy situations.
* Added error detection for corrupt game data. You will now get a warning and helpful suggestion to use the Recover option in the patcher if it detects a problem.
* Added progress text to the upper left corner of the loading screen to help diagnose some users who are unable to load into the game.
* Fixed an issue that caused some people to freeze on the loading screen for excessive amounts of time, and then suffer extremely low framerates when finally in game.
* Addressed some performance issues that should improve game experience for users with ATI cards.

* Groups with members in Warfronts can no longer use the Public Group system.
* Planar currency left in the Rift Loot UI will no longer auto-convert to your currency tab on login before you can retrieve it.
* When auto-joining the next level bracket chat channel, you automatically leave the prior one.
* Fixed a crash related to trading items directly from your bank.
* If all slots are full in your equipped Planar Focus, right clicking an Essence in your bag will no longer try to auto-equip and overwrite an equipped Essence. It will still bring up the Focus window, though.


TWITTER
* Twitteriftic?
* You can now opt to set up Twitter options from within the Rift client. This is optional to use and also optional for automatic achievement tweets.
* Access Twitter options under Settings -> Interface.
* You'll need to specify account info and log in to send tweets or post screenshots.
* Additional options include hiding the UI (including character name) for screenshots, and turning on the functionality to auto-tweet Achievements. Note: if you have the UI hidden, the achievement popup will not appear in Achievement screenshots.
* You can specify a prefix and suffix to automatically append on tweets. Defaults are your current character name for prefix, and #rift for suffix.
* To tweet some text, use the command /tweet followed by text in the chat console.
* To tweet a screenshot, use the command /tweetpic followed by optional text. This will snap a screenshot and upload it to yfrog.com, and tweet the link along with any text entered.
* Screenshot posts do not currently work with Low Quality Renderer mode.
* If you attempt to use either of these commands and have not set up Twitter login, you will be prompted with the login box.


MAIL
* You cannot delete mail with attachments until all attachments have been removed.

LOOTING
* We now show up to 4 need/greed loot windows at once instead of one at a time, when multiple drops are waiting.

ASCENDED POWERS
* You should be able to upgrade a quest hub wardstone when PvP auto-flagging is turned off.
* The main planar merchants in Sanctum and Meridian now sell an Ascended Power that lets you summon a Soul Healer for 3 planar charges.
* Fixed the Invasion summon ability appearing under the General ability page instead of the Ascended Powers tab.


GUILD PERKS
* Banners: The following Guild Banners have been removed: Stalwart Banner, Skirmisher’s Banner, Defender’s Banner, Field Medic Banner, Rift Energy Banner, General’s Banner. Six new banners have been added to replace them.
* Banner of Clairvoyance: Increases maximum Mana by 200/300/400. 3 ranks.
* Banner of Fortitude: Increases maximum Health by 200/300/400. 3 ranks.
* Banner of Zeal: Increases Spell Power by 30/40/50. 3 ranks.
* Banner of Rage: Increases Attack Power by 30/40/50. 3 ranks.
* Banner of Concentration: Increases Spell Focus by 30/40/50. 3 ranks.
* Banner of Precision: Increases Hit rating by 30/40/50. 3 ranks.
* Each of these guild banners last for 3 minutes with an aura radius of 25m. They now require a new Combat Banner Reagent to cast.
* You are now allowed two Banners active in a party or raid at any one time. If a new one is cast, the oldest of the existing ones will be removed.
* Guild Perk: High Visibility: Increases the radius of your Guild Banners by 10/20/30m.
* Guild Perk: Enduring Banner: Now a 1 point Perk that doubles the duration of your guild banner.
* Whenever guild perks are refunded, we now notify guild members on login until someone spends at least one of the points!
* The Guild merchant has been updated with the following new reagents to go along with the recent combat and rally banner adjustments.
- Combat Banners: Reagent for Guild Combat Banner perks.
- Rally Banners: Reagent for Guild Rally perks (creative names are creative).
- Rally Scrolls: Consumable used to teleport to Guild Rally Banner.
- Silver Artifact: General Guild Perk consumable.


RIFTS AND INVASIONS
* For the first few minutes of a zone event, Wardstones will have additional protection to give players more time to arrive and start defending them.
* Invaders will now be more likely to spawn from different sources during zone events.
* Special voice audio has been added to several zone events.
* Rift collapse timers in progress will now reset to 15 minutes after something in a stage is killed, instead of 5.


COMBAT
* Group member portraits now show debuff-type coloring on debuff icons.
* New iteration of NPC damage. Fixed up a few level ranges.
* The ‘Planetouched’ effect now provides some effect to the recipient based on the planar type.
* Scrolling combat text no longer displays over stealthed characters.
* You can now begin selecting a ground target while moving.
* Ground target abilities will no longer cause the icon on the action bar to turn red when you have something far away targeted.
* Pets will now attack their existing target when ordered to use an ability and are unable to use it on their owner's target (i.e. owner has a friendly target during combat).
* Fixed a bug that could cause some abilities to show up in the Reactive Abilities UI after no longer having the Soul equipped that granted those abilities.
* Reactive abilities that trigger off of target health no longer appear usable when targeting corpses.
* Player auto-attack will not get 'tired' by tabbing through multiple targets (corrected the swing calculation when changing targets quickly).
* Assassin NPCs no longer use Puncture.


SOULS
* Assigned updated soul icons to all souls.
* Warriors: Reactive abilities no longer grant attack points. This change affects Frenzied Strike, Bloodthirst, Inescapable Fury, Turn the Blade, Backhanded Blow, and Flesh Rip.
* Warriors: All Interrupts are now off of global cooldown, and no longer grant attack points. This affects Bash, Face Slam, and Furious Rage.
* Warriors: Cracking Skulls, Airburst, Concussion, and Judgment now share a cooldown.
* Druid, Justicar, Shaman - Faith in Action: Now available at 0 points. This passive converts Spell Power into Attack Power, Spell Critical into Melee Critical, and Focus into Melee Hit.

ARCHON
* Ashen Defense: Now reduces the enemy's armor by a flat amount instead of a percentage.
* Waning Power: Reduces the enemy's Attack and Spell Power by 5%.
* Flaring Power: Now increases the Attack Power and Spell Power of all party/raid members by 15% for up to 20 seconds. Consumes Charge while active. Affected allies become Battle Weary and cannot benefit from Call to Arms or Flaring Power again for 5 minutes.
* Crumbling Resistance: Fixed a bug where rank 5 could be cast on allies.

ASSASSIN
* Damage of weapon poisons has been increased.
* Poison Gas: Cooldown reduced to 30 seconds, down from 2 minutes.
* Incapacitate: Duration increased to 45 seconds, up from 30.
* Slip Away: Now makes you immune to existing damage effects that are currently on you. Removed toggle from Slip Away.
* Expose Weakness: Now causes the enemy to take additional damage only from the Assassin's physical attacks, not everyone's.
* Final Blow, Impale: Damage increased.
* Serrated Blades: Your critical hit attacks with melee weapons cause the target to bleed for 60-180% of your weapon's damage over 6 seconds. With a ranged weapon, it causes a bleed for 50-150% of your weapon's damage over 6 seconds. Can be applied up to 3 times.

BARD
* Verse of Fascination: Cooldown reduced to 30 seconds, down from 2 minutes.
* Coda of Distress: Now in the same stacking group as the Archon’s Crumbling Resistance and the Elementalist’s Exposure. Debuff now increases the damage taken from non-physical attacks, instead of all attacks. Increased damage taken amount from 5% to 7%.
* Coda of Cowardice: Debuff now increases the damage taken from physical attacks by 5%. Ranks 2-4 have been removed.
* Cadence, Power Chord, Riff, Coda of Wrath, and Code of Fury now require "Any" weapon to execute; doesn't matter what kind.

BEASTMASTER
* Iron Bonds: Tweaked to work better with Bond of Alacrity.
* Ties that Bind: No longer reduces health.
* Greater Primal Companion: Now takes less damage from area of effect attacks based on how many points are spent in Beastmaster.
* Enraged Companion: Fixed an issue where this was causing Bite to increase the damage of whole raids by exaggerated amounts.
* Protective Companion: Fixed a similar issue where this caused Bite to decrease the target's damage by equally exaggerated amounts.

BLADEDANCER
* Dualism - New Ability: Unlocked with 40 points in Bladedancer. This Rhythmic action allows them to strike twice and add an additional combo point with Quick Strike and Precision Strike. Lasts 15 seconds. Causes exhaustion for 45 seconds.
* Mass Subdue: The cooldown has been increased to 30 seconds from 25.
* Incapacitate: Duration increased to 6 seconds, up from 5.
* Reprisal and Disengage: No longer share a group cooldown, but maintain their individual cooldowns. You can still only use one reactionary attack after a dodge or parry, however.
* Disengage: Now a stun attack and no longer deals damage. Ranks 2-5 have been removed.
* Quick Strike, Precision Strike: Increased the Attack Power damage bonus to 50%, up from 25%.
* Deadly Strike: Damage increased.
* Compound Attack: Damage increased.

CABALIST
* Shadow's Touch: No longer considers corpses in its area of effect.
* Sigil of Power: Now works properly with Obliterate and returns a lot more mana.
* Sigil of Woe: Now works properly with Obliterate.
* Nebulous Haze: Reduced cast time debuff to 20%.

CHAMPION
* Two-Handed Specialization: Now gives more contribution per point spent in Champion, capping at 50% instead of 15%.
* Disruptive Strike: No longer an attack point consumer that reduces casting time of targets. It now functions as a high-damage single target attack point builder that generates 2 attack points.
* Slayer's Bearing: No longer has a negative effect.
* Destroyer's Bearing: Enhances the damage of attack point consumers by 50% while active. It no longer has a negative effect. Causes finishers to build an attack point after consuming the available points when triggered.
* Deadly Strikes: Enhances damage by 6% per point for all non-finisher Physical attacks.
* Mighty Blow, Bladefury, and Cornered Beast: Now update their tooltips when you've spent points in Follow Through.
* Mark of Inevitability: Values have been increased.
* Mark of Extermination: Now increases the chance of a target to take a critical hit.

CHLOROMANCER
* Fixed an issue allowing damage from Sacrifice Life: Mana and Sacrifice Life: Damage to trigger healing from Lifegiving Veil.
* Clinging Form: The cooldown reduction provided by this ability is now reflected in the Transmogrify tooltip.
* Synthesis: Updated description to indicate it can only be used on group or raid members.

DOMINATOR
* Durable Control: Now only affects the damage thresholds on Transmogrify, Mass Exhaustion, and Disorient when the affected target is above 70% health.
* Mana Wrench: Fixed an issue where the effect of this ability was reversed.

DRUID
* Summon Faerie, Summon Greater Faerie: The Faerie now receives 25% of the owner's spell crit, as well as the owner's full Valor.
* Summon Satyr: The Satyr now receives the owner's full Valor. Increased the amount of Attack Power it receives from the owner's Spell Power. Increased amount of Melee Crit received from Spell Crit.
* Balm of the Forest: Removed.
* Natural Dedication: Now available at 26 points. Increases the damage of all nearby party and raid members by 5%.
* Faith in Action: Now available at 0 points. This passive converts Spell Power into Attack Power, Spell Critical into Melee Critical, and Focus into Melee Hit.
* Stone Strike: Renamed to Stone Burst: Now a player based AoE unbreakable root. No longer deals damage.
* Slothful Spirit: Now increases the enemy's ability cost by 25% - aside from dealing damage - instead of reducing regen rate.
* Trickster Spirit: The debuff now reduces Attack Power and Spell Power by a flat value based on rank.
* Spiteful Spirit: The debuff now reduces healing taken by 50%.
* Combined Effort: Increased duration of the buff to 15 seconds.
* Friend of the Weald: Now increases the Attack/Spell Power contribution on the pet's abilities by 10%, plus an additional 10% per point in Druid above 36.
* Savage Force: Now increases the damage of Bombard and Eruption of Life by 5-25%.
* Fae Hammer: Restores 10% mana per hit and has a 1 minute cooldown.

RANGER
* Ranger pets now inherit 25% of their owner's crit rating, so pets crit more often. Their base damage has been reduced accordingly.
* Piercing Shot: The armor value debuff has been increased.
* Opportunity: Now only works with ranged weapon finishers, like Head Shot and Deadeye Shot [Marksman]. Will not work with finishers like Detonate, Flame Thrust, or Coda of Wrath.

REAVER
* Ethereal Bonds: Now correctly modifies tooltips of affected abilities.
* Power from the Masses: Now properly triggers off of Blood Fever, Flesh Rot, Necrotic Wounds, and Soul Sickness while Plague Bringer is active.

RIFTSTALKER
* Rift Disturbance: The Attack Power and Spell Power debuff value has been reduced.
* Planar Refuge: Reduced the damage reduction from 50% to 30%.
* Guarded Steel: Now increases Armor by 30% instead of a fixed value. The bonus applied should scale better across levels.
* Improved Guarded Steel - New Ability: Tier 6 branch ability. Increases the Armor value contributed from items by an additional 5-10% and increases your threat generation by 20-40% while Guarded Steel is active.
* Improved Guardian Phase - New Ability: Tier 6 branch ability. Increases the Endurance bonus from Guardian Phase by 5%. An additional 1% is added for every point spent in Riftstalker above 26, resulting in 60% Endurance bonus at 51 points.
* Rift Guard: Absorbs up to 50% of your max health with 5 combo points.
* Improved Rift Guard: Changed from a 3 point ability to 1. Increases the incoming damage absorbed by Rift Guard by 2.5%, and total amount it can absorb by 25%. For every point spent in Riftstalker above 16, the incoming damage absorbed is increased by 0.5% and the total amount absorbed by 5%.
* Rift Barrier: Changed from a 5 point ability to 3. Adds an absorption shield that lasts 15 seconds after using any Plane Shift ability. Absorbs 5-15% of all physical damage for up to 20-60% of your max health.
* Exceptional Resilience: Changed from a 2 point ability to 3. It now reduces damage taken from all attacks by 2-6%.
* Planar Repulsion: Removed.
* Planar Attraction - New Ability: 44 point root ability. Causes up to 5 surrounding enemies to be Plane Shifted to the Riftstalker if the path is unobstructed and forces them to attack for 3 seconds. 1 minute cooldown.
* Scatter the Shadows: Now lasts 3 seconds and only removes Curses, Poisons and Diseases.

SABOTEUR
* Traps are no longer triggered by corpses on the ground inside their range.
* Saboteur's Charges are now considered Poison attacks and can be cleansed by abilities like Cauterize, Sterilize, Curative Waters, etc. if the caster is paying attention. As a result, the damage of Saboteur Charges can be increased by abilities that enhance poison damage (hint, hint).
* Embers Charge: Debuff now increases the damage taken from non-physical attacks instead of all attacks. Reduced damage taken amount from 2% per charge to 1% per charge.
* Debilitating Trap: The Attack Power and Spell Power debuff value has been reduced.
* Splinter Charge: Debuff now reduces target's Armor by a fixed value rather than a percentage.

SENTINEL
* Healer's Haste: Fixed mana cost.
* Cleansing Prayer: Now removes 1 Disease, Poison, or Curse from the ally. Requires the target to be diseased, poisoned, or cursed to begin with in order to cast.
* Empowering Light: Now removes 1 Disease, Poison, or Curse from up to 10 group/raid members within 15 meters. Has a 10 second cooldown and triggers global cooldown.
* Noble Blessing: No longer requires a reagent.

SHAMAN

* New Ability - Building Storm: Increases the critical hit damage bonus of Hypothermia-causing spells by 50%. Each damaging spell cast by the Stormcaller applies a stacking debuff on the enemy for 10 seconds, increasing the chance for the next Hypothermia-causing spell to critically hit by 10% per stack.
* New Branch Ability - Favorable Conditions: Each stack of Building Storm increases the critical strike chance of Hypothermia-causing spells by an additional 5-10% per stack. Tier 3 branch ability, requires Building Storm in order to purchase.

VOID KNIGHT
* Rift Shield: Once again absorbs damage.

* Curative Waters: Now heals 1 Disease, Poison, or Curse from the ally 3 times over 6 seconds. Has a 10 second cooldown.

* Damage over time effects now have a chance to critically hit.
* Neddra's Might: No longer requires a reagent to cast.
* Dark Power: Fixed an issue so this now works as described.
* Neddra's Torture: Now increases all magical damage done to the enemy by 3%.

WARLORD
* Call to Arms: Renamed Assault Command. Now increases Spell Power and Attack Power of the entire party/raid, however it cannot benefit the same character more than once every 5 minutes.
* Call to Aid: Renamed Aid Command. Increases healing of party/raid members by 15% for 5-20 seconds. Those affected by it cannot be affected again for 5 minutes.
* Rallying Call: Renamed Rallying Command. Increases max health of party/raid members by 25% and resistances by 30 for 5-20 seconds. Cannot benefit the same character more than once every 5 minutes.
* Call to Focus Fire: Renamed Call to Entrench. 6-18 second buff that reduces damage taken by all nearby party/raid members by 5%.
* Aspect of the Rifts: Removed, as this was very similar to Aspect of the Elements.
* Call to Battle - New ability: Increases party/raid members' Attack Power and Spell Power by a set value for 6-18 seconds. Tier 2 branch ability.
* Planar Distraction: Removed.
* Call to Regroup - New ability: Reduces party/raid members' threat generation by 20% for 6-18 seconds, not affecting the Warlord. 38 point root ability.
* Sergeant's Command: Renamed to Sergeant's Order to avoid confusion with other Command abilities.
* No Permission to Die: Now a 44 point root ability. Self-only, heals to 50%.
* Locked Down: Now a tier 5 branch ability. Cooldown is now 1 minute.
* Assault Command: Now a 32 point root ability.
* Aspect of the Elements: Now a 26 point root ability.
* Promise of Steel: Now a 20 point root ability.
* Leader's Mark: Now reduces Armor similar to Ravaging Strike.

DUNGEONS AND RAIDS

* Rift event: Dark Fate: It should now be possible to complete the third stage of this Rift.
* Completing the Ancient Wardstone quests in Ironroot Draw will now cause faction guards to appear and defend the Wardstones.

SCARWOOD REACH
* The puzzle in this zone can now puzzle more than one puzzler by resetting itself properly.
* Bare Knuckled: The Return: Kill-stealing issues addressed. Quest no longer disabled itself and can be completed up to three times per day, per person.
* Cleaned up some quest progression/prerequisites in this zone.

SILVERWOOD
* Kongeegon: Removed AOE immunity from the saplings that spawn during the fight.
* Added more Vespid Hives in Sterling Hills, and reduced their respawn times.

PVP
* PvP Titles are now awarded for each Prestige rank obtained.
* Peacekeeper guards no longer accuse you of Disturbing the Peace for walking around or playing songs, or even for fighting in Warfronts. They will, however, still be angry if you start a fight right in front of them!
* Oh hey, we were able to make it so quest hub Wardstones can be attackable on PvP servers (and still not attackable on PvE servers)!
* Guards on PvP servers should not receive a damage reduction from players or a damage increase against players.


WARFRONTS
* Joining a Warfront while polymorphed will not leave you unable to mount.
* Gaining access to the opposing side's starter area in Warfronts will now teleport you back to your own.
* Fixed a bug where you were not able to kick a player out of your party if they were in a warfront.
* When leaving a Warfront, if you should not normally be PvP flagged, you will immediately drop the flag after zone without needing to wait 5 minutes. (If you were already flagged PvP before entering, you'll still have a de-flag timer.)

* The Big Book of Eth Conspiracy artifact collection now rewards a rad book of conspiracies!

* Fixed an issue where Epic, Rare, and Uncommon Crystals did not have use text and broke into 15 powders, instead of 9.
* Fixed a bug where some recipe scrolls could be taught to characters who were not appropriate crafter types.
* Apothecaries now sell Vinegar Concoctions.
* Reduced the overall amount of drops coming from Butchering mobs.
* Fixed more instantly respawning harvest nodes.
* You now hear an audio cue when successfully Runebreaking or Salvaging an item.

GRAPHICS AND AUDIO

* Cleaned up Rift appearance when viewed from a distance.

COMMANDS AND MACROS
* /ra now works to chat in Raids.
* /pvptoggle has become /pvp.
* Assigning ctrl+key to an action bar slot will stop trying to preview usable items in that slot and actually use them.
* Fixed issues with ALT+TAB when using the low quality renderer.


UI/SETTINGS
* Moved Soul Trees into a windowed UI instead of fullscreen!
* Setting a keybind to a number pad key will now differentiate it from regular number keys.
* Loot messages from parties and raids now have their own channel filter.
* Failed area quests (zone events, etc) will be removed from your quest log and quest stickies after 15 seconds.
* Party members' minimap indicators should no longer show at the top left corner while teleporting.

CLIENT/SERVER
* Intro movies will now only play on the first client startup, with a button at character selection to allow you to replay it later.
* Improved detection and notification of corrupted data.
* Fixed some issues with the client hanging/crashing on shutdown.
* Added a setting in rift.cfg to enable combat logging to a file by default. The setting can be found in the [Client] section, called LogCombatConsole. It will appear after you turn on the combat log for the first time.
* Failed attempts to connect to the character selection server will time out after 5 seconds, and display a progress message for each attempt.
