nojo taky sem si to mohl odpustit, ale nedalo mi to .... kdyz mi nekdo napise neco ocividne zbytecneho tak mam chut byt ironicky :)
nicmene to nemeni nic na tom ze prestoze je potreba se nehybat pri castu kazdyho kouzla tak stat na miste a nechat do sebe rubat je neprozretelnost ....... to ze me trefi par ranama neni az zas tak podstatny jako kdyz mi vypali kombo za nekolikanasobek a to uz se na urcitym lvlu da odhadnout po kolika ranach pride a uskocit ..... kor kdyz ToS tu staminu nema na nic jinyho nez run nebo ty uskoky
u BS s rootem az zas tak pocitat nejde protoze vetsina jich ma feat na sundavani a naslednou resistanci |

Attack Rating, Defense Rating, Magic Rating (this includes specialized Magic Ratings) and Magical Resist are the "big 4" stats in terms of comparing attackers to defenders in the game.
The opposing stats are, as may be obvious:
* Attack Rating vs. Defense Rating * Magic Rating (+Specialized Rating) vs. Magical Resist
In normal combat, if the attacker's offensive rating is lower than the defender's defensive rating, the damage will be reduced. Likewise, if the attacker's offensive rating is higher than the defender's defensive rating, the damage will be increased.
When attack and defense ratings are equal, the damage dealt will be the "normal" value of the attack, spell, or ability.
Heroic rating works mostly the same; however it is limited in when it can apply. It only applies if that rating is lower than an opposing rating.
For example:
* Player A has 250 Attack Rating, NPC B has 300 Defense Rating, outcome is -50 for the Player * Player A has 250 Attack Rating + 100 Heroic Attack Rating, NPC B has 300 Defense Rating, outcome is even * Player A has 250 Attack Rating + 100 Heroic Attack Rating, NPC B has 400 Defense Rating, outcome is -50 for the Player * Player A has 250 Attack Rating + 100 Heroic Attack Rating, NPC B has 200 Defense Rating, outcome is +50 for the Player
For specialized magic ratings, as with Demonologists and Necromancers, the specialized rating is added when using a spell of the school that one has specialized rating for. For instance, if one has 100 Magic Rating and 50 Electrical Magic Rating, the effective magic rating is 150 with Electrical spells and 100 with non-Electrical spells. (The Archmage feat in the Mage general tree will make the buffs apply to both schools for the class, so all spells will effectively be cast with 150 Magic Rating.)

The last point is simply, these 4 stats do not apply in PvP. Thus, in PvP positive or negative damage multipliers normally associated with offensive and defensive rating comparisons are completely ignored. This is to allow players of all levels to compete on a fairly level playing-field, and not have them dealing artificially reduced or increased damage due to rating differences.
All other stats work normally in PvP. It is simply that "scaler" functionality which is normally in place to dynamically adjust gameplay based on level differences (for instance, the fact that you will evade more against a lower-level NPC) is removed in PvP to allow for a fairer matchup of player skill and ability.
To answer the questions of "why heavy armor?" or others along that same line: all players of all classes have the ability to reach the "target" ratings for a given level. They are a way to control your "virtual level" when compared against NPCs, not to provide a specific advantage to certain classes. All classes should be able to reach, for instance, 317 in all 4 rating statistics at level 80.
Heavier types of armor have higher innate invulnerability ratings, greater resistance to knockback effects, and dramatically increased health modifications. (Heavy armor, for instance, has over 3 times as much health available compared to medium armor.)

As I mentioned in another post last week, we will be releasing a bit of a guide to statistics and their general functionality in the near future. We would like to make this and other information a bit more easily accessible than it is currently. Obviously, we will not go in too much detail about advanced parts of the system (for instance, the non-linear formula which controls the actual offensive vs. defensive rating multipliers) but we would like to see players having a greater understanding of how stats are intended to work.

Destiny quest stat reward: Muj pripad. Ja vzal attack rating za destiny quest. Nakonec jsme dostali +dmg. To je gut.

Intelligence (for Mages) and Wisdom (for Priests) contribute to magical damage instead of magic rating. It being displayed as magic rating was a typo in the text description. Jak je to s arénou? Prý je někde místo kde se to řeže hlava nehlava...
Já zapínám klasické PVP (O vlajku a team match) ale jinak jsem arénu nikde neviděl.
Ne že by mě tolik uspokojovalo useknout někomu hlavu... na PVP mě baví že je soupeř jednoduše chytřejší nežli MOB .. je to výzva ... tak by mě takovéto místo docela zajímalo. Děkuji.

Dnesni update z test serveru. Spise to jeste nebude tuhle stredu, ale test server by to mel mit udajne k dispozici. Tzn. PvP system enabled. Ne cely, ale cast ano.
Here is a brief explanation of the basics of the new PvP systems. Everything listed here may not be in the current build on Testlive, and does not necessarily reflect the final system.
PVP Levels and XP * There are 10 PVP levels. * All players are worth 100 PvP XP when killed by a similar level player. * When you die in PvP, you lose PvP XP. The amount you lose is static, regardless of the level of player who killed you. * Losing PVP XP will not de-level you in PvP level. * In order to prevent abuse of the system, there is a limit set on how many times one player can gain or lose PvP XP from another. * You gain normal PVE XP when you are involved in a PVP kill. If you or your team get credit for a PVP kill, then you gain a certain amount of PVE experience from that kill. You get 10% of the XP from that player as though he were a monster of that level. You always get a minimum of 1 xp.
PVP Items You can buy PVP items with normal money (there is no special currency for PVP). However, your PvP level will have to meet the requirements (if any) on any items you wish to use. * Items are not tradeable * Sold by PvP vendors
Notoriety System A player is flagged in three different ways using this system: innocent, criminal, and murderer.
* Criminals and Murderers will have an icon showing their status. * Innocent : No one can perform hostile actions on you without being flagged as a Criminal. * Criminal : Performing a hostile action on an Innocent player will flag you as a Criminal for 5 minutes. Any further Criminal acts during the 5 minute time will refresh your Criminal Status. * Attacking Criminal players and/or killing them will not flag you as Criminal. * Killing Criminal Players will not cause you to gain murder points. * Murderer : Players who have attacked and killed innocent players enough times to generate 100 or more points will be flagged as Murderers. Killing lower level players (outside your XP range) will result in a larger penalty towards the murderer limit. * Murder score is capped at 1750 points. * For every other real time hour that passes, your murder score is reduced by 1 point. * If you die in PvP and lose PvP XP, you will receive a 3 point reduction to your total murder score. * Killing mobs which yield XP will reduce your murder score at a rate of 1 point per 1% of a level worth of XP. Completing quests for XP will NOT contribute. * Murderers cannot access traders or vendors. * Guard NPCs will attack murderers on sight. * Dying while flagged as a murderer results in the following: a. 100% increased loss of PvP XP for the murder b. 100% increased gain of PvP XP for the person killing the murderer c. 100% increased chance of dropping an item. * Any players interacting with a Criminal or Murderer (that includes grouping with them or trading with them) will be flagged as a Criminal. * If you group with a Criminal or Murderer, you will be flagged as a Criminal for as long as you are in the team, and 5 minutes after the team disbands (or the Criminal/Murderer leaves the team). * Any team member performing a criminal act will flag the entire team in the vicinity as a criminal. |

a me se to pro zmenu libi :) pocitam ze vetsina hracu na pvp serveru se bude pohybovat na ranku criminal a ti co ne tak jejich problem protoze hraju oboje jak pve tak pvp tak si je klidne zabiju a zustanu dal criminal :) |

Na implementovani tohohle systemu cekam jako na smilovani. Kazdopadne by meli pridelat lokaci pro murderery, kde budou moct koupit poty apod. Dat jim jejich teleportovaci npc, takhle totiz nejsou schopni hrat.
Jinak jsem zvedavej na pvp rewardy a snad se konecne zacne poradne hrat pvp! |

Ne ted vážně. Styl alá Lineage2. Jenže tam se dalo kamkoliv dojít po svejch. Takhle se občas nedostaneš z lokace se mi zdá :)
Jinak dobrej systém, ale ptám se. Už funguje systém vyhlášení války jiné guildě? Jde spojovat guildy v aliance? V Lineage se mi líbilo, že sme vyhlásili válku jedné guildě a pak jsme se rubali jen sme se viděli bez nějakého postihu pk. Bez toho to podlě mě nemá cenu. |

Ale vsak tu muzes utocit na kazdeho. Aby si ale nebyl murederer tak nesmis nekoho resskilovat porad dokola, nebo kosit lowbiky ve white sands se svoji 80kou. Na pvp serveru bude litat stejne kazdej porad jako criminal, tak to moc neresim. Rozhodne to nepovede k tomu ze se lidi nebudou mlatit. |

Pokud me pamet neklame, tak nedostavas tedka point za zabiti pro stejny lvl hrace anebo vyssi. Nekde jsem cetl ze je to dokonce -3 levely down. (tzn. 77-80) |

Ale v připravovaném systému o tohle nikde ani zmínka - alespoň já to nenašel, takže "chudák" který je prostě dobrý v PvP a bude hrát férové PvP proti stejným lvl, tak se může časem stejně dostat na Murdera a mít s tím potíže - což je špatně, tak by ten systém neměl fungovat - jinak si každý bude muset murder pointy sám strhávat grinděním a pod. místo co by je naopak sbíral. No nevim, přijde mi to nedomyšlené. |

Tak ... Asi hodně lidí bude vykládat,že je to jenom mele nic víc ..že sám se nikdo nikdy nedostane a je to celé v řiti.
Za sebe říkám,že takto jsem si to představoval a je to to,co jsem od AoC čekal .. Ty PVP itemi jsou překrásné a dělají se další ,,,, PVP o dost vyrovnanější (Herald of X. fakt jede..) a vůbec .. je toho moc a moc co dělat.
Asi nejvíc mě potěšily Minihry.. Zapínají se často a nečeká se dlouho (uvidíme,jak dlouho to lidem vydrží) Skupiny jsou nevyvážené a tak to má být :-) (přesně jako v GuildWars)
Za celí den mi to nespadlo---
Asi těžko ještě někdo řekne,že na LVL 80 není co dělat a že Clan a parta je nepotřebná ..
Uvidíme jak dlouho mi vydrží tento postoj .. ale jsem fakt mile překvapen ............ |
